Looked kind of like Collins Hill got shitted out of a touchdown early when their receiver made a great one handed catch. 

Right around the 5:11 or so. Looked like it could have been a spectacular one handed grab to make it 21-0 

Just a little home cooking for Lowndes.

They have hunter multiple catches that should've been pass interference and we dropped a wide open TD at the beginning if the game. Was the beginning of the end. My biggest problem outside of losing was them not putting the 9th grade QB. Need to get him started up. They are wasting time putting the other QBs in when they have no chance of starting next year.

Saw that drop by #17. Big time game, you have to make those plays.

Honestly I have no idea. They are so backwoods with that its probably left up to the super and whoever is writing the biggest check in the touchdown club. I know the super was the reason we were stuck with mac for so long.

I think he was at the Hoover 7 on 7.

Hoover is in the same boat our starting qb and back up were both seniors.  3rd stringer got very few plays. Plus we lose the dline.

Probably so. Him a a couple of 9th grade receivers went. Most of them dropped off of the team after not getting put in on varsity. Back in my day when you moved up and were better you get to play. Now they got all kinda seniority crap and they didnt allow the 9th graders to play in away games except for one because he is they best LB on the team. He didn't start playing until after then 9th grade season was over and still finished second in tackling on varsity. That shows were we are as a program. Nobody developing anything and all the good players are already coached up before getting to high school. They just need their bodies to fill out to handle varsity.

 

I hope we got changed because our 2025 class will win regardless of who is coaching and I don't want a sorry as coaching getting recognition for kids that already know how to play.

& what a stupid take in the first place. I don’t care how talented you are, if the kids aren’t put in places to be successful they won’t win. I’d assume he’d know how important scheming is in this game.

This is one of the main tricks to coaching at the high school level. 

You have to know where kids will fit AND like playing the best to make them successful. If the kids are successful where you put them, wins come much easier.

That was definitely a catch... Hunter made a great play.

 

Ga96 is talking about them "giving" TravHunt catches that shouldve been PI... go back and watch that same play around 5:10 in the UTR video.... TravHunt is literally carrying the Lowndes defender with the neck of his jersey. That clear as day PI wasnt called, so if they looked the other way a few times for TravHunt its probably bc he was carrying around Lowndes DBs all night.

I seen the a DB make a great play on the ball in the game and hunter pulled him down by his shoulder pads to keep him from catching the int. No flag.  Not saying they would've stopped him at all but he did get the help of blown PI. Our Defense may have been the worst in the state.
