Florida most likely not in the Geico games this year

Unless it’s Chaminade. Supposedly the Geico games are to be played the weekend of December 16-18th which is the same weekend as Florida’s state championship games for classes 4A-8A.

Classes 1A-3A are the week before meaning the only realistic team from Florida that could participate is Chaminade from 3A.

Chamiande lost a tight one against AHP for their only loss of the season. They beat the defending 8A state champs, as well as Columbus, Buford GA and Lakewood all who are still playing football right now

What states are allowed to participate this year?

Very nice 7-0 win over Buford earlier this year. I didnt see the entire game just some clips on youtube but Chaminade looks like they could hang with most anyone.

If Georgia does participate, Collins Hill has to be the choice. They seem to be on the 2020 Grayson, 2019 Marietta level, perhaps even better especially with Travis Hunter back.

Nevada (Bishop Gorman) is eligible this year.
