Welp, that’s about as Georgia as it gets right there. Congrats to Graham-Kapowsin on a well fought win. They executed and were the better team today no question.

Wanted to pass this along to their fan base. They’re now carrying the torch

This year Georgia 4A, 6A and 7A champions are combined 42-0 against Georgia opponents.

And 2-4 against Out of state teams.

They do seem to underperformed regularly in OOS games..  😁 . To Quote Yosemite Sam that coached "Yelped himself a Hole in his head".  The Washington State Champ beat The GA Big boy Champ.  The ESPN announcer during game said Ga 7A or AAAAAAAAAAAAAA was the SEC of HS Football.  That WA. Team had been wrestling and playing Bball the last 2 weeks per their coach.  That makes it worse.

This makes it worse.  Damn Jawjaa.

Graham-Kapowsin beats nationally-ranked Collins Hill on Wood’s TD pass in final seconds

When the Graham-Kapowsin football team arrived at Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas for its GEICO State Champions Bowl Series game against Georgia 7A state champion Collins Hill, the players were met with a lot of barking from their opponents. “Our kids got off the bus and (the Collins Hill players) were saying ‘You never should have showed up,’ stuff like that,” said Graham-Kapowsin coach Eric Kurle. “They were very confident, talking a lot of stuff coming onto the field.” That got the Graham-Kapowsin players fired up.

If you were a neutral fan, you’d think this was David vs. Goliath, some insurmountable challenge for the little team from Washington. And that didn’t sit well with the Washington 4A state champions, who had been the bully on the block all season long. They felt disrespected.

Don’t worry, Buford will be administering decorum and sportsmanship lessons starting next year.

Shameful, talk shit towards a team you’re not playing then get beat by a team if you were properly focused with the correct mindset regardless of the coach suffering from stupidity diarrhea of the mouth you would’ve put yourself in position to win.

But no, lose to a team pulling double shifts.

I don’t get the trash talk, cocky attitude and social media blasts of the same headlined with “blessed by God” intros.

Only Ali could back it up most of the time.

collins hill been like that all year. When they came to lowndes before the game there were players cussing at your fans and they talked dirty to fans all game. They players definitely run that team.

Remember Wolf, after week 1, I wrote that it “looks like a down year in Georgia.” And Buford was the only Georgia team  sniffing the Top 50 this year. And pointed out that CH, aside from the two studs had none of the rest of the state's Top 150. Contrast that with C-Madonna having 6 of Florida's Top 100 on the roster.

Collins Hill had an average offensive line. A very good( though arrogant ) neighborhood ball kind of club. And one who benefitted from a down year in South Georgia and the Metro.

The Lone Star State hasn't impressed either in their premiere OOS matches. Put another quarter in the machine and try again.

I pointed this out in another thread with @Wosinc when I said CH is not a name brand power in Georgia...

They benefited from Having 2 really good pieces...

And everyone around them being down....

NG usually pulls in that type of talent and CH gets the leftovers...

But that didn't happen this year...

Our usual teams underperformed this year...

Grayson was Way down...

Milton couldn't finish...

Colquitt Blew it...

Lowndes Defense was a let down and it cost them bigly....

I agree with you Buford was probably the best team in the state this year...

7A this year was weird...

I do remember you mentioning that now that you’ve reminded me so eloquently.

Must be all that Blue Plate Mayo over the years that keeps the brain cells well oiled. 😁

A day that will live in Infamy on this Board.  December 18th. Be Easy Washington HS Football we see y'all showing out.    Clearly it caused headaches. 3 Ga Kids grabbed their heads 😁

GK sent in the Trojan horse at receiver! That QB threw a dart across his body moving to his weaker left.

That’s the thing about individuals being more prominent in a team setting. Got to have a sense of team, got to.

Going to be looking forward to seeing TH next level, special talent hopefully the big head and loud mouth doesn’t fuck things up.
