But the main thing on the drive is you escape all the stores and factories you see in Jersey. The ride there is all trees, mountains, horses, and cows.

and maybe he simply doesnt like that and wants to come home. PSU should let him go. Why make the kid miserable

He would compete anywhere for a chip. But at the same time, you commit to a school....it's always a problem when the school backs out from their commitment. Be a man and stick it out.

college is supposed to be the best 4 years of your life. no reason to stay somewhere where you are miserable

This is why millenials are soft. They take the easy way out.

its not the easy way out. Your supposed to be happy in life. College is the last 4 years before hitting the real world. Enjoy it and if your not then be somewhere were you want to be. If nick was just a student you guys wouldnt care if he was on his 4th college but because hes a standout athlete he has to stay where hes at. I dont think so

Life isn't sunshine and rainbows. You become tougher when you face struggle.

Know your facts HSFBfan. Penn State released Soriano they just did not say he could transfer to a in conference school. This is a Big10 rule, though most conferences have the same rule. Soriano is appealing to the Big10 committee which could release him but PSU really has no say. they could support his transfer which may help Soriano but why should they? I agree that Soriano is somewhat being screwed but if the rules a bent for him what about the next kid, or those who already went through this & had to sit.
