…and like your first thread, nobody cares.  South Broward stinks and why this makes a headline for the 2nd time is bizarre, but it stems from W Monroe as it always has a LA angle with you.  24/7/365 LA

OOD in-state games are very welcome to be posted about and discussed.  Irrelevant OOS games are just like irrelevant district and OOD games.

Both Camden County and West Monroe have first-rate football stadiums. Will be nice for South Broward kids to experience playing at both venues and traveling. Good for them!

West Monroe's Stadium holds 12,000

Camden County's pushing 8,000

Camden County and West Monroe have been in state championship droughts.

Camden County's last state championship was in 2009.

West Monroe's last state championship was in 2011.

I like it for the Florida kids especially the miami ones. They get to travel earn there team money and get to play in front of huge crowds. We got 3 Florida squads on our schedule as well so far. I think the team we are waiting for to sign is also from florida.

I read an article yesterday talking about how POOR a lot of these Broward, Florida schools are....one school is having trouble washing their game uniforms because they are using crap/outdated washing machines and dryers....it's NO surprise a lot of these schools are traveling and popping up on schedules.......now even venturing into Louisiana.

South Broward will get a nice check from both Camden County and West Monroe. The money will help. I'm thinking it's purely survival for these Florida schools and not so much about the kids. They will get some trips though.

Wouldn’t it be nice if we can help a school out?  I thought so… still do and hope we can initiate something as a dysfunctional group.
