Villanova/St Aug's Caleb Daniels Playing In The Dome (Final Four)-Nice Story

Pretty cool story. NOLA kid coming home to play in the Final Four vs Kansas. He almost died from Covid last year. Pulling for the Daniels/Wildcats over the Jayhawks.

 

Side Note: St Aug (NOLA) is just an ATH Factory......unreal at the ATHs they have and have produced in football and basketball.....One of Michigan's starting Guards this year was from St Aug as well. Daniels and Jones went head-to-head in the Elite 8.

Anyways, Villanova's All Time leading scorer was from St Aug > Kerry Kittles, he was a SG also. Kittles was the 8th Pick in the 1996 NBA Draft...had a great NBA career and was a legend at Villanova.

Doesn't Kansas also have a New Orleans native on the team as well? I do remember hearing about Caleb Daniels
