While your figuring out your next move I’ll be kicking it in my million dollar CESSPOOL Lake Tahoe vacation cabin.

Such an overrated pricey little lake....I always wondered what kind of screwballs end up there........or claim to.

“Overrated” and “Pricey” are terms used by broke ass individuals from LA who can’t afford to live in or vacation at certain destinations. Try investing your measly paycheck and you too can be living in a “Overrated” and “Pricey” area as I “claim to”.

We can walk to one of largest and nicest lakes in the Country, it's really an ocean......and, we do sometimes. When the water is part of your culture it's really NOT a big deal.

I'm very sorry you have to pay for it.  I guess that's why these resort lakes stay in business.

All my houses are 100% paid for with 7 of them giving me a nice passive income. So what exactly am I paying for? Also I don’t go to Tahoe for the lake, I go for the skiing, hiking and trail riding with my grandkids. For water sports and fishing I go to my place in Lake Havasu where my parents retired. When you state that water is your culture and then say you only walk to the lake “sometimes” makes you full of shit. Culture implies that your life revolves around water not “sometimes”. Some of that bipolar shit is starting to creep out again, might want to get a handle on that.

I have 1 boat and 1 house......and it's not a big deal to take a walk sometimes. Call it hiking or whatever.

Things I take for granted you pay for.

You are obviously trying to impress somebody,. but it ain't me.

Just humble little Redzone now? Why don’t you try using a little of that humility when you address this forum instead of starting crap just for the hell of it. We all know you don’t like MD but you continuously start new threads to bash them. I not a big fan either but I’m no a little bitch about it. Grow a pair and move on with your life.

Calpreps is a child's toy.

Don't let it bother you so badly.

Feel free to bring up states, your real estate empire, your vacation homes, passive incomes and anything else though.

You are as amusing as Calpreps.

Hey slow your roll Red. The Nevada side of Lake Tahoe is beautiful. Zephyr Cove beach, Sand Harbor and Incline Village are all great places to visit.

Having a vacation home there evidently makes calpreps more legit. lol

Nice pictures. It's not like I've never heard of Lake Tahoe before.

We are blessed to be surrounded by all types of  water here until hurricanes come.....then it's not so much a blessing, but a curse.

Lake Pontchartrain Causeway has the longest water bridge in the US and one of the longest in the world.....it's 24 miles long. Huge brackish lake meaning you have fresh water and salt water. A fishing paradise among other things.

This statement of your's only confirms how little you know . Lake Tahoe could arguably be considered  the most beautiful natural lake in the world . Mark Twain considered Tahoe  most beautiful Lake he had ever seen . Such a foolish statement by you.

Twain also said this.......

"America has only three great cities: New York, San Francisco, and New Orleans. Everywhere else is Cleveland."

The average price of a 7-day trip to Lake Tahoe is $2,099 for a solo traveler, $3,770 for a couple, and $7,067 for a family of 4. Lake Tahoe hotels range from $78 to $355 per night with an average of $105, while most vacation rentals will cost $320 to $1060 per night for the entire home.

I know it's a Calpreps thread, I started it....

and, if you don't have 7 houses and a vacation home at Lake Tahoe, well....I'm just not discussing Calpreps with you.

It's a world destination . You didn't mention that there is cheap camping all around the lake . I also enjoy the privilege of living in norcal , so I can go up there for the day, or stay or whatever . I've been up there probably 100-150 times . They have nice casinos with good sports books, so you can go up watch and play the games , take a break and walk around lake etc. To just sit at the lake from any vantage point , it can be a surreal moment . It's at over 6,000 ft elevation with the sierras all around . Many other scenic lakes up around . I've been to some of the great lakes also, which are really nice, but Tahoe has it all. The athlete's love that area . They have the celebrity golf tourney there every year . I've walked the 18 holes watching Jordan, Ray Allen, Super Mario and Gretzky play together one year standing right next to these guys. You should just go and experience the area. You won't make the tragic mistake of putting it down
