RedZone
Will not be playing the Rebels. West Monroe voted to keep the split in place this year.....so Curtis voided the contract. John Curtis will now play 5A State Champion Zachary instead. Zachary voted to bring everyone back together again as it should be. I don't think John Curtis has ever played Zachary. Will have to check.
RedZone
"We’ve made a decision as an athletic department to void our football contract with West Monroe, who voted to maintain the split in 5A,” Curtis said. “We decided not to play that game. Instead, we will play Zachary, who voted to end the split in 5A. We do not want to increase the coffers of those that do not want to compete with us.”

A fluke is an outlier, Louisiana routinely gets pummeled when facing top teams from other states. Nothing fluky about that. Katy getting pummeled vs The Woodlands in 2008 is a fluke. That's an outlier, can you name another time that's happened vs The Woodlands? You also failed to mention Katy ended up starting 7 or 8 guys after that that didn't start in that game. Can Zachary claim the same?

I don't freak out, you freak out. I just point out the facts. Aside from West Monroe, ECA and Curtis(Many years ago) your states teams have come up looking really small in these OOS games. Louisiana has good athletes but bad high school football in general. No way around that
