In the middle of the night, he grabs his AR and goes to his neighbors house. Tells them, “come out and no one will get hurt”, then seconds later proceeds to fire 45 rounds into their house because he was annoyed with their barking dog|s. It's a satire bit and the guy is comedian Eddie Pepitone.
