Haynesville beat Evangel Christian and West Monroe in the same season back in the day. West Monroe had just won their first 5A state championship and then Haynesville beat them the following year.

2A St James (a public school) beat John Curtis 16-14 in 2007. That was the year Curtis lost to 5A Longview, TX 24-20 in the last minute.
