ORabidOne
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FIiLoLa2ifE For those who think 2011 #29 Don Bosco could have beaten 2015 Colquitt! THIS Colquitt team couldn't carry 2015's jock! And you tell ME who SHOULD have won this game against #3 ranked Grayson in 2011? The game was stolen from Colquitt, at the 2:56:18 mark by the refs! OH WELL, so much for nostalgia!

Grayson was #3 in the country, and that Colquitt team was half the team 2015 Colquitt was!
Fred
Rab, did you watch the whole game you so kindly provided the link to? If so, you would have seen the horse collar tackle on Nkimdechee that didn't get called. You would have seen Gallman slip and fall a couple of plays earlier that looked to be a clear touchdown. There were numerous opportunities on both sides for things to have gone better/opposite. It's called a live game of football and stuff happens both ways. I firmly believe no game comes down to one play. There are way too many other plays in a game that make one play the only play that makes a difference. Did you hear the biggest homer in Gwinnett county(Diamond Dave Hunter) say that Colquitt was ROBBED on the fumble! And NEITHER pass interference call WAS? And SURELY you aren't saying that bad calls aren't a part of the game! But the NON FUMBLE call was BLATANT! HELL, a HORRENDOUS call on the faked punt in the 2010 finals, cost Colquitt THAT game as well!

That Grayson team had more college players on it than anyone... ever. Including the #1 overall ranked recruit, DE Robert Nkemdiche. The next year, 2012, the 1st game of the season...Grayson would roll Miami Central FL 35-3 and take over #1 in most polls. Grayson was 15-0 and Top 5 everywhere in 2011. While DBP was great also... a game between them wouldnt have been a sure thing either way.

Funny how when Dave agrees with your assessment his opinion is golden and when he doesn't agree with you he is the worst thing ever to happen to HS football. Dave isn't an official. He wasn't on the field. Several white hats commented the call was correct no matter how wronged you think Colquitt was. Heck, even Rush got it wrong when talking about the penalties near the end of the game. The two pass interference calls were correct. The Colquitt defender was all over the Grayson receiver. In case you've forgotten, there is no such concept in HS of uncatchable. Hey, if your guy hadn't been all over our guy, then maybe the pass falls incomplete and y'all win But that's not what happened and the video you supplied shows that. All that said, you missed or ignored the most important point. No game has one single play determine the outcome. I'm guessing there were 100 plays run in that game. ALL of them impacted the game. Colquitt set the ALL TIME big school record for points in 2015! They broke their 2014 mark, averaging over forty eight points per game, against NATIONALLY ranked opponents! Colquitt played Mill Creek in the semis, who was giving up SIX points a game against some of the best in Georgia! Mill Creek had just SHUT OUT 2014 state runners up Archer, who had nearly EVERYBODY back! And Colquitt hung FIFTY TWO on Mill Creek! The following week, Colquitt played Roswell, who had SIX major DI players on D, including Clemson signee Tre Lamar at LBer, and a DB going to Alabama! And Colquitt won 30-13, after spotting the nationally ranked Hornets a score on the second play of the game! Colquitt had a QB who finished 30-0 and the best 1-2 punch on offense, that I've EVER seen in my rather lengthy career as a high school football aficionado! Keep in mind also, that that offensive record was set in a league where there had been NINE previous NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!(Valdosta(6) Warner Robins(2) and LaGrange)

ORabidOne
Did Hamilton REALLY take SIX years to graduate from frickin RUTGERS? And for a fucking team who recruits the shit outta three states! You SHOULD have that type talent EVERY SEASON! You Northern private school pussies quack me up! Your coaches couldn't get a job as a dog catcher in the SOUTH, coaching a HIGH SCHOOL team! We've had two frickin gurus from FLAAAAWDA(Tim Cokely and Robby Pruitt) who came to SOUTH Georgia! And neither has ever done SQUAT! If those Jersey coaches were all that and a bag of chips! They'd be coming SOUTH for a PAYDAY! Another one came from Tennessee, who had won two championships at Alcoa! He came to Tift Co. and our region LIT HIM UP! But with the greatest coach on the planet, who had won five state titles at Hoover! Coach ProPst took SEVEN seasons to bring home a title to Colquitt!
