RedZone
Nothing but bullshit from them people, all of them. Keep em' down and poor you selfish bastards. Efforts to increase Louisiana's minimum wage, which currently aligns with the federal rate of $7.25 an hour, were rejected in a Republican-controlled legislative committee Wednesday — a day after lawmakers advanced a bill that would double their own salaries. Minimum wage in Florida is $11 an hour and goes to $12 in September and will keep going every September until it hits $15. Just because Louisiana is a dumpy state doesn’t mean all the others are bad. Texas $7.25!!, and just about every other donald state. These damn redneck republicans still vote for these bastards though. I really don't get it Will Texas ever raise minimum wage? Are there plans to change the minimum wage? While many states increase the minimum wage in accordance with the cost of living or inflation, Texas has not increased its minimum wage since 2009 when it went up $0.70 from $6.55. There are currently no bills that have been passed to increase the minimum wage in Texas
Crusader12-0
Sudden wage increases from $7.25 to $15 an hour is one of the reasons why inflation is a problem.

So did all the wonderful democrats vote against their salary increase?
