So I am finally now enjoying my wife’s amazing apple pie. To pair with it I’m having a Goose Island Bourbon Stout. It was an impulse purchase at Costco as it cost $11 for a single 16 oz bottle. This is an Awesome Beer!!!... It is super smooth with Citrus and light tropical fruit, super mellow on the Hops.... It is such a Killer Beer, Smooth, Fruity, Malty but has some Hoppy Bite to it...
