Meh. The new taegeting rule was explained to all the coaches in the state. A player has to wrap up on a tackle or it will be called targeting. Leading in with forearms or shoulder without wrapping up is targeting now. Basically like the old nfl spearing calls. The hit doesn't have to be to the head.

Fabrizio is a thin skinned punk and stuck the flag in his pocket and took the walk of shame for being ignorant to the rule.

I agree. The Lee players were launching themselves which led to the penalties. I thought he should have been ejected when he got the first unsportsmanlike and was still at midfield yelling. The rest of his antics were just juvenile.

I was told that the entire Lee County coaching was drunk off of wildcat whiskey that Rufus gave them this afternoon. Next week Rufus is giving out wacky tabacky or the devil's lettuce.

Got a text EARLY this morning asking if I watched all the shenanigans.  I said YES.  Personally, I like Coach Febreze.  He's a hoot.  BUT...you are correct when you say he should have been tossed after his FIRST tirade.  Could have got a few assistants as well.  My guy who texted ended his text by typing...

"Rufus, imagine if that had been a player doing all that crap".

I'd rather not..........

I suppose it would be wrong...if I posted..."I claim the 5th".

I will confirm...them Lee County coaches had to be on something.  And not just HC Febreze.  It was frigging WILD !!!!

The refs threw a flag on a Lee player on the 1st Packer drive because he said something. I thought it was a quick flag. Then they let Fabrizio act like that. Talk about a double standard.

They showed the flag multiple times on NFHS.  The Lee County defender literally ran out of bounds after the play with his arms behind his back and "chest-butted" Ny Carr.  He was at least 5 yards off the field.  The ref threw the flag and the kid couldn't believe it.  I told Ms. Violet at that point..."this thing is gonna get fun before it's over".

I honestly couldn't tell if we tipped the ball on the punt.  The ref said we did.  But I will confirm...we took out the Lee County punter.  Big Time.

Coach Breeze tried to cancel Hawg from his radio gig over a pic of a Lee helmet I posted on here joking.

Literally had touchdown club directors calling touchdown club directors trying to figure out who hawg is.

I told Uncle BS to just tell em to come to the damn studio. It aint hard.

Soft ass thin skinned suckers. I'm not surprised they act like that during another Colquitt County ass whipping.

Actually, I don't mind Fabrizio. I see him fairly regularly. I suppose by now be knows it's me but he never said a thing to me.

Obviously he was pissed about some calls lol.   Lemme guess two best D players out early?   Targeting ejections are just an additional way for refs to affect game results.

Say a RB breaks through the LOS.   As a LB all you can do now is let him take you for a ride or chop his legs into oblivion?   I get helmet to helmet and launching with helmet, but now I feel the rule is don't tackle too hard m'kay!?   It's all fun and games until a game is ruined by bunch of ejections.

Its a shit show on the sidelines everytime Lee plays Colquitt no matter where.... Idk why they keep scheduling each other...

But I think the series may take a break after this season anyway though...
