So Far Mike Norvell is the Coach of the year

Jimbo Fisher left FSU in the worst shape I can personally remember a solid program  being left in without NCAA probation.

Now look at FSU compared to Texas AM. Jimbo is slowly destroying Texas AM while FSU is playoff bound barring an upset. 

Norvell weathered the storm including a mutiny by soft undisciplined players to becoming a top 10 program again.

He’s a really good dude too. I took my young ones to his camp he had in Tampa and he sat and talked to my 9 year old (at the time) daughter for more than he should have given how busy he was. It was a youth combine camp for kids, and he talked her into joining. She was one of the only girls doing it. He took pics with her and my son, and it was a great event with a bunch of former FSU players helping out.

Memphis people loved. He had to clean up one of the biggest messes of the last 30 years.
