You really think FSU is better than Georgia or Alabama?

I do not.

BUT...

They're unbeaten...a Power 5 ACC Conference Champion...and they've been ranked 4-5 for most of the regular season.  I don't see Texas or Bama jumping them.  And Georgia is not a Conference Champion.  Georgia will probably end up 7-8....if they're lucky.

I see Texas in cause they're a Power 5 Big 12 Conference Champion...with a head-to-head win over Bama.  I can't believe the Committee won't see it that way as well........

I reckon we'll know soon enough.

Undefeated should not matter that does not make you a top 4 team. Liberty is undefeated.

It should be

Michigan

Washington

Texas

Alabama

Florida State put a running clock on LSU before LSU scored on 3rd stringers with no time remaining.

Alabama beat LSU in a 4 quarter war and escaped alive by 2 scores.

You can’t lose and then demand to be in. Doesn’t work that way. Georgia can’t demand to be in because they didn’t Even win their conference. Alabama can’t demand to be in because they got drilled at home by a team ranked ahead of them.

No SEC Champion in the Playoffs.  I don't see how it can be any other way..................

I agree with your 4 teams. But I would switch Texas and FSU. The decision for the committee is between FSU or Alabama. Last team to make it in is FSU.

And the ACC was better than the SEC.  They beat those teams down.  FSU won a tougher conference as well.   They won 6 of the 10 games and led 4 -1 in the 1st 5 with good on good.  Auburn lost to NMSU in a beatdown  🤘 but lost on a miracle hail mary to Bubba.

This is my final answer also.
Last nt I wasn’t digging it, but reality check hit me this am.

I hope I’m wrong, but it’s the right thing to do imo.

Georgia vs Florida State in the Orange Bowl?

Probably.

I'm not sure how many Georgia players will participate.  I don't know about FSU.

That's just the way college football has gone.

They should have changed to the playoff system years ago.

The Bowl games are archaic...........

I was right. Proves Alabama is an elite program with respect FSU is a 2nd rate program with limited respect.

The Committee is basically saying...that the ACC is NOT a Power 5 Conference.

I had a friend of mine ask me what I would say if Georgia had beat Bama...finished undefeated and SEC Champion...and then left out of the Playoffs like Florida State just was.

Man....this one is incredibly hard to understand........

They count and are recorded in history.

I don't think any college football coach wants to be 0-13 or whatever in bowl games and then claim it doesn't matter.

Maybe lincoln riley can get away with that kind of stuff. 😄

They can count all they want,  but nobody gives a rats ass about bowl games anymore.

God you're so dense its painful...

Then you bring a coach who has nothing to do with it in because you know you're about to get fucking cooked...

You know damn well what he means

A good chunk of NFL bound players for both teams are gonna sit this shit out and rightfully so because the committee is too busy playing favorite footsies with Alabama...
