FSU is probably in due to SEC fatigue and burnout. No way FSU would have beat Alabama yesterday.

FSU Opp record: 67-76

FSU beat #13, #14, #23.

Bama Opp record: 98-61

Bama beat #1, #11, #13 and #21.

It would only make sense if you didn’t factor in the game against Texas. Because they lost that. You shouldn’t get credit for losing a game.

Michigan is going to maul Bubba.  Now all SEC fans can go back to their sweet tea.  It's amazing how they pivot to another SEC Team.  I will never root for anyone in the SEC that doesn't reside in Texas.  The SEC was down this year and don't deserve a top 4. FSU beat that conference in 2 games and the ACC beat the SEC Head to Head.  SEC bias in this selection.

Exactly — all else being equal would be one thing, but it’s not equal.  Bama has a LOSS.  LOL — the Committee just ignores the loss out of existence to favor the SEC yet again.  But we all know they’d do the exact opposite if the roles were reversed — It’s just what they do.

Except Bama is getting a boost from a team that beat them at home by double digits, right? Where would they sit if you replaced Texas with their usual OOC opponents, the SCLSU Mud Dogs?

History proves the SEC is the best.

If Florida State was a boxer getting ready for the heavyweight championship of the world and then broke an arm the fight would be called off.

The committee did Florida State a big favor, but I still feel their pain a little bit. I guess if you have a defense you have a punchers chance. Hard to punch with one arm though.
