Ok Rab, since I know you boys from GA love to fish, I'll play along and take the bait.   DLS would not win a single game in GA.  Their rigorous academic requirements would no doubt leave them with a handful of students (probably people that moved in from Alabama) and so they could field only a math team, sorta like ISB.

I didn't make any such claims to that effect! What I AM saying is THIS! If you know ANYTHING about football, you know that teams are capable of getting 'up' four to five times a season against quality competition! When a team exceeds that amount, they are TRULY SUPERIOR! NOW, what you're trying to tell us is that DLS did this TEN STRAIGHT SEASONS? NOBODY who is playing a kick ass schedule every season, like we do in Georgia, is CAPABLE of such consistency! NOW, it's possible when your team plays a coupla half ass teams a season, like they do in NORCAL! HELL, back then, they didn't even have a STATE CHAMPIONSHIP! Other than inner city LBP, did DLS ever venture into the Southern Section? Given the same lack of gauntlet! Valdosta of ole, would have won 250 in a row! Keep in mind that a rebuilding Colquitt team with a new, VERY inconsistent QB, has compared very favorably with ALL of the Vista Murietta opponents thus far! You forgot to mention St. John Bosco, enrollment 880, but I'll still give you credit for such an astute observation.  HELLO!,  the enrollments of most of the St. This, or Bishop that.....  pale in comparison to many public schools.  Not exactly a revelation.  Yes they have to pull students from more than the neighborhood the school is located in.  But since this is PrepGridiron not Bumpkinsonly, all high school football is included, so as with many of us, you have to deal with it or start your own forum where you can revel incessantly in your own self proclaimed superiority. 

We all know by now (since you constantly remind the world) that GA high school football is the only pure form of football where all the little bubbas live in close proximity to the school they attend, are meticulously nurtured in state of the art nutrition (especially those 300lb Michellin Man linemen), get chalkboards for Christmas so they can study X's and O's, have their bedroom walls covered in wallpaper depicting legendary Georgia high school coaches, and after sucking down peach cobbler are tucked in for the night with Pa and Ma reassuring them that all the out of state teams rated ahead of them are soft cheat boys that probably couldn't beat most Georgia cheer squads.  At morning breakfast, you probably remind them that their opponents like Northern Southwest Mill Creek County Regional or the other countless quality competition to which you refer, are veritable titans that would wreak havoc across the nation.

I'm not sure which CA school you're saying your team is coming to, maybe your signing up for the Honor Bowl?  If it's Centennial don't flatter yourself.  Colquitt is not IMG and we have no problem playing them.  Plus we routinely play MD and SJB so we're used to dealing with recruited up super teams.  Hopefully it is though.  Cen10 going to graduate the majority of impact players so maybe it would be a welcome challenge.

THAT'S what SJB stands for pilgrim! It AIN'T your enrollment, it's HOW MANY you RECRUIT! Exhibit A is why ALL private schools in Georgia, should be 7A! But thing IS, THEY'RE SCARED to play the BIG DOG PUBLICS!

As for our state of the art nutritional program! It is MOSTLY IN HOUSE! Many of these kids on the Packer squad HAVE NO pappy, and few have breakfast at home! The strength and conditioning, and nutritional programs are what set Colquitt apart from YOU! THAT and having the best and deepest coaching staff in the country!

ANY half ass decent coach can win with a team like Mater Dei, who got hordes of transfers from just last summer! CONVERSELY, Colquitt has ONE transfer, who came to Colquitt from Michigan in the summer of 2015! And he saw little action until the Fall of 2017! And we squeeze MAAAAYBE one good quarter outta that lemon per game!

As for all those 300 lbers., we have through the nutritional program? We have TWO, one on each side of the ball! And they don't play nearly the whole game! Most of our linemen are in the 210-250lb. range! But they're strong and they are QUICK! In fact, our best WR is 5'6", 145 lbs.! But ALL of these kids are as strong as ANYBODY they go against! In the Bishop Sullivan game, this 145 lber took a pass in the flat, broke a tackle, then another and another, until he got to the thirty, where he RAN OVER a 6'1' 200lb Four Star DB, en route to a fifty five yard score! On yet another play, a kid who had caught five passes in six games, took a slant pass over the middle, ran over another big time DB on his way to a forty yard score! LOOOOOOOONG story short! It ain't how big you ARE! It's how big you PLAY! And our 50-60 man rotation, don't cramp since Hoover 2013, and they don't GET TIRED!
