Sometimes you have to turn off the political stuff and live your life. After starting your however-many political thread in the last week, you might consider taking your own advice. Or, keep starting threads with just links to articles. And when questioned on the article content, you can again admit you didn't really read all of it, and say you don't want to get into all the politics. I'd suggest the former. I did read the article and i put out the thread for people to read. I dont have to respond to what people are saying. They can read the link and form their own opinion and when i go home from work i dont watch or read any political stuff. I have 8 hours to kill here at work

(pun) is 'please stop posting' .....actual information A guy says, in his own words, that he doesn't want to get all into politics, then adds that people need to "turn off the political stuff and live your life." Then he proceeds to start numerous political threads. And he has admitted to not reading many of the threads he posts/responds to. If he hadn't said himself that people needed to give the political stuff a break, I'd be fine with him posting political links (provided he read them and knew what they said). Any "please stop posting" was meant for his own benefit, and had nothing to do with the "actual information." 1 hour ago, dbcaptiron said: Max don't care tho....it's YOU who should stop Not sure what this means. That you don't care, or that I don't care?

I do read the articles. I may not give my opinion of them( but if they come from foxnews and breitbart i pretty much agree with everything they say). Im not gonna go into a back and forth with people over the links i post. No reason for it. I put it out there for others to read and form their own opinions. Also i stated many of times i have 8 hours to kill at work so i have to find ways to keep the time moving

No reason for it. Hmm, how do you explain the thread where 2 links were posted by someone else, which were 2 different stories. And about 10 posts later your contribution was another link supporting the OP's point. Embarrassingly, your link was one of the same stories that was originally linked, and after being told that, you admitted not having read them. Or, how do you explain a few days later, when you posted some link, and you did in fact go back and forth with someone on the substance of your link. When they brought up a point toward the end of the linked article, you admitted you didn't read the entire story. 7 minutes ago, HSFBfan said: Also i stated many of times i have 8 hours to kill at work so i have to find ways to keep the time moving So you only get involved in the political stuff 8 hours a day, 5 days per week, then go home and get away from the shit? Ah, OK.

I have to do something for my 8 hours of work so i can get through the day and when the football side of this board is dead i look at these topics and see whats going on. And then when i go home i dont usually look at this board at all. and i dont turn on anything political.
