Any high schoolQB could have made that throw. I'm sure there are more, but these were the four throws I saw on my quick twitter search of "Arch ULM". The play calling was certainly a departure from the game plan with Ewers. Probably a mix of Arch being better and more comfortable with the long ball and trying to play to his strengths as a young QB. Seems like Sark likes that though.
