Sweetlarry
Me and some friends are trying to caravan up to the chimney rock (and other parts of the area) to drop water and essentials. We may not make it until early next week, but these people will need the help for weeks if not months going forward. If anybody in the Metro (or anywhere for that matter) wants to help DM me. We did something similar for Katrina, without the use of SM, and were able to get over 10,000 cases of water as well as insane amounts of MREs and other essentials. We should always look out for our brothers and sisters when able……. 1

A lot of shelves are empty,A ton of towers are down, and a ton of commercial appliances are damaged or need replacing and a lot of people need a shoulder to lean on right now. We can take some down south as well. I didn’t realize the need was as pressing. At present I’m trying to get with local leaders to try to figure out where the best place would be to make drops. We will also swing as close to the communities as they will allow to get those without the ability to travel help. We have friends in Asheville that lost everything. They do have their health though!!! Still it’s tough to stomach.

I'm not an electrician or anything but I gotta check on the stores and see what I can do to get them resupplied and check inventory and do maintnance. I gotta see what's ruined, what's damaged. Asheville without a doubt is worse off and probably needs more help. Georgia Power and Volunteers have been working down south tirelessly. Meanwhile I know part of Asheville is underwater.
