badrouter
First, let me say this post and article linked are not meant to be interpreted as endorsements or condemnations of any political party. But, to understand my claims of there being a movement to abolish "the west", to understand that the claim is not some regurgitation of Fox News etc, you must understand the push for "decolonization" and the outrage over "settler colonialism". There most definitely is a strong movement, which is on the cusp of the mainstream, to "decolonize", well, everything. It isn't "The Democrats" or "the liberals" who are pushing this. It is far leftist radical lunatics- who, it should be said, were largely ignored at the most recent DNC- who happen to hold prestigious and prominent positions both in elite academia and even in current political offices, who are behind it all. I hope this article helps nuanced thinkers understand what they may have been oblivious to previously. https://quillette.com/2024/10/17/a-fashionable-madness-the-obsession-with-settler-colonialism/

When they got to the Americas, countless of native Indian tribes were murdering, raping and pillaging other tribes. They just jumped in a sink or swim atmosphere they found themselves in. They just so happened to be more successful at it. Im just glad Europeans came here and invented phones, planes, cars, air conditioners, and any invention of consequence that helps separate us from animals. Lol.
badrouter
Tim Walz hired a man to help write and install curriculum for schools in Minnesota. The man has joined a growing contingent- one which @Atticus Finch claims is nothing more than the figment of the imagination of insane people like me- of people who publicly call for the abolition of the United States. The man also made clear that Critical race Theory is exactly what "conspiracy theorists" such as myself say it is. link Quote: "And we’re also sometimes lying on ourselves when people say like, “Oh, we can . . . we use critical race theory in school.” We don’t use critical race theory in school. The first tenet of critical race theory is that the United States as constructed is irreversibly racist. So if the nation-state as constructed is irreversibly racist, then it must be done with, it must be overthrown, right. And so we can’t be like, “Oh no, critical race theory is just about telling our stories and divers[ity].” It’s not about that. It’s about overthrow. It’s insurgent. And we, we need to be, I think, more honest with that. And it’s funny that they [so-called supremacists], you know, they don’t understand critical race theory, but they actually tell some truth when they’re like, yeah, it is anti-state. You can’t be a critical race theorist and be pro-U.S. Okay, it is an anti-state theory that says, The United States needs to be deconstructed, period. Right. Like that’s, you know, and so I think, I think it’s an interesting argument there. And that’s why I’m a critical race theorist [laughs]." badrouter
And, to add to what the man said, what IS being used in schools is the messaging that the US is irreparably racist because of its systems. The question of "is CRT in schools or are they just teaching kids the US is irredeemably racist?" amounts to asking about a distinction without a meaningful difference. It's a rhetorical trick aimed at confusing people. Paired with the immense, insufferable gaslighting done by many, a climate where people are terrified to even ask questions is implemented and upheld.
