The One and only guy who kneeled in MLB

The funny thing is all these people kneeling could give a damn about this cause before Kaepernick started kneeling.

Why weren't they protesting in mass droves before? Why now? Because it's cool and convenient in their inner circles.

They are obviously left leaning public figures and they feel that this is what their audience wants. But they fail to realize they are alienating the people who pay the bills. The adult fans.

Usually social justice warriors are teens and young adults but those groups don't primarily fund the income of the NFL like they do in other entertainment.

They were told repeatedly that the way they are protesting is grossly disrespectful to the military, flag, and honest American citizens. You can protest and use your platform but there are much more productive ways to protest. And they still don't give a shit. Meaning it's not about social justice. Its more of an anti-white, anti-conservative crusade.

wat a dirtbag....

I hope one day he needs the cops ... I hope it's during shift change

Yeah and his twitter is worse. There is so much anti-police garbage on it. Not just bad cops but all cops are generalized. He would have you believe the word cop is synonymous with evil.

So disrespectful. And this police brutality myth has been debunked so many times. Less than 1/1000th of 1 percent of cops commit murder. There are a few cops who were evil before they were police and used the badge to enforce their evil ideals. You can't generalize a million law enforcement across the country over a few single evil men.

Same way these social justice warriors are in the front lines screaming not to lump all Muslims together when Muslims bomb and kill people everyday around the world.

And if Black lives really mattered these millionaires would be in every inner city creating awareness, programs, community service, etc teaching THEIR youth to break the cycle and rise out of unfortunate circumstances and teach them they are not vicitms and if they do the right thing and actively try and prosper morally and legally they will not experience the hardships they endure today.

And if someone says they already do that, I'm disappointed it doesn't get round the clock media coverage because I sure as hell don't see it or can find it anywhere

It always mystifies me, when the media sticks it's tongue up these pro athlete's asses, when they donate ten thousand bucks(chump change to them) to a worthy cause! GEEEEEEEZ people, it's a hunnered million dollars of publicity, for virtually no cost to them! For what amounts to a MAJOR donation, for you and I!

NOW, if these SAME athletes would actually DO something substantive, like helping build houses for Georgia based Habitat for Humanity! Or go around like Valdosta's and New England's Malcolm Mitchell does, to talk to the youth of high school football, about LIFE beyond sport! THAT would be noteworthy!

Long ago you knelt only before the Lord, monarchs, and oppressors of all manner.  Societies progressed and you STOOD united yet still knelt for only the Lord.

It’s hard to believe there is not a racist agenda among conservatives when you bash people of color for peacefully protesting yet celebrate non people of color for armed takeover of federal lands basically declaring opposition to our government.Perception is incredibly hypocritical

Just imagine if some of these athletes worked with their endorsements to create some jobs in urban areas.   Leave a little money from their 8 figure endorsements on the table to subsidize Nike and underarmour to manufacture in the US instead of Southeast Asia.  But hey, bend the knee during the anthem if you really want to bring about social justice.

Well, given that the left wants to believe there is a general racist agenda, there you have part of your answer. These days a leftist will call you racist for ordering a sandwich on rye because the bread is dark.

The two situations you remark on actually quite different, btw.

Nah.  That's cultural appropriation.  What gives us Catholics the right to Rye Bread!

I’m not really talking about the agenda of either party I’m really commenting on what I read here.Yes the situations are different, one party armed themselves against the United States government and the other peacefully protest. One is vilified the other glorified.

Lets for a minute reverse the race of both situations.....🤔

Of course you must inject race, because you are from the side that claims to want everyone to be color blind but then bends over backwards to see racism and bigotry in even the most ridiculous ways.

One of the groups is peacefully protesting in situation that they know pisses off huge swathes of the nation. They are disrespecting our police, national symbols and the very men who have died over the years to make America truly free and keep it that way.

The other group you refer to disrespected no national symbols nor those who fought to defend it. They protested a government they see as overreaching its intended constitutional limits. And there was no violence I know of and they weren't pampered multi-millionaires doing it in the faces of the American public every weekend where they are just supposed to play football for ridiculous amounts of money.

Your very first sentence is wrong.I not from any side ...I refuse to choose who is America and who isn’t.That’s the problem with this country....choose a side instead of being one.Its our path to implosion and members of both parties are sheep being taken down that path.

and yes the latter party did piss people off by their actions it just wasn’t you so I guess those who were don’t count

The symbols of the country are more important than the actual government of the country in his weird and bad cartwheel routine.

I didn't say they didn't piss anyone off.  Their cause was different and not on such a grand stage every damn week.
