BG, Central, and DLS. USAT and PN have BG at 10 and 14; Central, at NR and 13; and DLS at 17 and 20. I would have expected more distance between BG and DLS than 14 and 20, and Central to be ranked ahead of BG. 2. SFA and SJC. MP, USAT, and PN have SFA at 14, 14, and NR; and SJC at 22, 21, and 23. I would have expected SFA to be ranked higher than SJC. I wonder what PN sees that the others don't. 3. Central and Northwestern. Only the computers have Northwestern ranked (and both do), but Northwestern beat Central by two scores just two weeks ago. I would have expected either both or neither to be ranked at this point in the season. But only USAT has dropped both from their poll. The other humans have Central in the top 15 but have excluded Northwestern. It seems like DLS has been tied to BG and to SJC: DLS is ranked below BG (since they lost to BG) and just ahead of SJC (since they barely beat SJC). But it's not clear how Central is tied to BG and to Northwestern. Puzzling...

Drop STA and South Pointe, add Lowndes and 25th spot still undecided but I’ll probably keep St Edward in my top 25. Missing QB and some wr’s vs Iggy and resume is still solid. I flipped Mission Viejo with Chaminade last week. Only team I’ll drop this week from my 25 will be Cen10 AZ and Iggy comes in (liked them in last week at veinte i cuatro but didn’t go w Consuela after further review and added back in Grayson). Fred, make sure they stay there. I may have overthought that one.

I prefer the way Prep Force ranked Central and Northwestern to the way that USAT did it: better to keep both on the list than to drop both. I'm not sure what MP and PN are thinking, having Central in their top 15 but excluding Northwestern. If BG and Central get to hang out in the top 15, then Northwestern should too, unless there is some relevant story to tell about why Northwestern beat Central by two scores so recently. They actually had Lowndes ranked and then the OT home win over CC dropped them out. Can't say I blame them. Luckily it will all shake out in a few weeks. Interesting concept. Especially considering that Grayson has an L in a game where they couldn't even muster a td.

Not a good look playa. You're right! I don't even know why I'm half heartedly defending Lowndes. Wtf is wrong with me?! I'm just pointing out an obvious discrepancy in the national poll. If having a near loss to a team like Colquitt is grounds to be dropped from a national top 25 but you're allowing a Grayson that actually lost a game to remain... there is something wrong with your logic. Especially when all the in-state indicators still have Lowndes at 1. The Prep Force team can take it as they want. You guys are acting like Colquitt is trash or something, when not one team in the state of Georgia is chomping at the bit to play them. Then add in the history between the coaches of Colquitt and Lowndes, and the rivalry that went on before these coaches even started coaching these teams... Yeah, I don't think it was right to drop Lowndes below Grayson. So shoot me.
ECHS05
Georgia is the only state in the country that has 8 teams that could be potentially be Top 25. Lowndes, Archer, Grayson, Walton, Cartersville, Rome, and potentially North Gwinnett or the almighty Tifton Blue Devils. NGs only loss is a last second FG to Walton in the CKKC.
