Omaha Vol
I would replace Archer with Cen10 in tier 1. One off game (that they still won by double digits against a decent team) doesn’t mean they aren’t great anymore. Serra’s a scrappy team. I would put Archer in the same tier with Lowndes and Grayson. They are dead even. The rest of the GA 7A playoffs are gonna be great games. Colerain/St X is gonna be a War next weekend. Can’t wait for that one!

IMO Cen10 did not just have an off day. They were frustrated by Serra athletes on defense and committed multiple turnovers as a result. My issue with Cen10 is that Serra blew multiple scoring opportunities, and was able to out athlete Cen10. Cen10 really struggled to move the ball, more so than any other team, since the second half when they played DLS in their last SBG game. I think Cen10 defense is improved, but the offense took several steps back. I can no longer justify them as Tier 1 based on what I observed. I may be harsh by dropping them to Tier 3, but they can change that in 2 weeks vs. The winner of the SJB vs Rancho Cucamonga Quarter final, which is a complete toss up at this point. Both SJB and RC have the athletes to styme Cen10. I would like to establish some separation in GA, and I truly believe the Archer is the cream of this years crop. So Im going all in on Archer early, I do not need to do so this week ,separate the Ohio schools, because the games will actually play out next week

But youre 470% wrong about Cen10. They struggled with the 2nd legit team theyve played all year. It wasnt just a bad game... Cen10 is just a nub arse team. However, Lowndes is the Tier 1 team in GA. Grayson & Archer Id have in Tier 2. Id move North Gwinnett and Colquitt to Tier 3 Colquitt vs Walton & North Gwinnett vs Grayson are going to be great games.

I lied last week when I said Colerain wasn't in my top 25. When I sat down to actually make my top 25, I tried to keep Colerain out of my top 25, thinking it was just bias, but after looking at most of the other teams I decided that Colerain was my #25 team. They're better than they were last year at this time, and they're not too far off from their 2015 team at this point which was top 10 before losing to Wayne...they will probably be top 25 in my poll again this week. I feel good about Colerain as well. The two 3 pt losses could have gone either way, and I think Colerain is more consistent than St. X and Iggy. The Cards just need a relevant win, and could end up in Tier 1 before its all said and done.

True, and what you don't see in scores, is in week 1, Colerain's QB, whom was already suffering and trying to play through a lingering Injured hamstring, injured his shoulder against La Salle and didn't play the 2nd half. ......also Colerain didn't move Ivan Pace Jr. to FB full time until week 3. He had a lot of success in the limited touches he had against St. X and La Salle, but since he's been full time offense, he's been near unstoppable, and has elevated the Colerain offense to another level. The defense has been elite all along

Lowndes & Colquitt is one of those toss records, blah blah blah out the window kinda games. Cant forget about Brookwood. Their 2 losses are 25-17 to Archer & 42-35 to Walton. Theyve also beaten Colquitt. This round, They play a 9-2 Milton team thats only lost 31-28 to North Gwinnett, and 21-13 to what was a 10-0 South Forsyth team... Then theres Tift Co... GA 7A is definitely gonna be good from here on out. Lowndes vs McEachern would normally be a top 2nd rd game but it isnt getting much love because of all the others...
