ATLien12x
Game of the week on GPB for Georgia folks. Can’t complain- Grayson (10-1) at North Gwinnett (10-1) would’ve been my pick but this is definitely number two. I’ll probablg go to the North game now and record this one. I think Colquitt “upsets” Walton. Lol. But it’s not really an upset. There will be some daisy chain math in Walton’s favor but Propst and Packers get it done Friday night at 7:30
Sammyswordsman
A couple good ones in Ga on Friday. NG doesn't get much love from the Ga contingent, but word is they could put the hurt on Grayson. Everyone not living in Ga and a few that do, want Walton to win big. LOL

LOL Yeah N Gwinnett fell off for a few years that certainly hurt their perception. They were leading Walton the entire game and blew it late by giving up two Walton scores and had the game tying FG blocked as time expired (chip shop too less than 26 yard FG) And Walton beat Brookwood who did handle Colquitt in the Hurricane Week. We shall see. There are some dandy’s. I think Colquitt and North gwinnett both win but it would not shock me if Grayson won
ATLien12x
This is the GHSF Daily Preview *Colquitt County (8-3) at Walton (11-0): Colquitt County, ranked No. 8, has beaten 11 top-10 teams in the playoffs under coach Rush Propst, five when Colquitt was the lower-ranked team. Propst is 5-0 against Cobb County teams. Walton is ranked No. 3. Walton WR Dominick Blaylock, who is committed to Georgia, had eight catches for 154 yards and a touchdown in the 28-14 win over North Cobb. Austin Kirksey was 11-of-11 passing for 181 yards. Colquitt County QB Steven Krajewski passed for 320 yards and five touchdowns in a 49-0 victory over Pebblebrook last week. Krajewski, a UConn commit, has thrown for 1,877 yards on the season. Ty Leggett is more than 1,000 yards rushing. Colquitt County defensive coordinator Mo Dixon was Walton's head coach the past two seasons. FootballGuy
Thank God GPB decided to pick up this game. At least my Colquitt guys won't have to make that trip to Marietta on Friday.....because I'm pretty sure they'll be making a trip to Lawrenceville next Friday for the Archer game. One thing I will say is this: be prepared for those refs to "help" Walton.

Walton, which barely filled 3/4 of the HOMEstands for the fucking region championship game against Woodstock! Probably won't have as many people there as COLQUITT, THIS week! MAYBE the Colquitt fans will be permitted to sit in the HOMESTANDS, since the visitor's only holds 900, including the band!

As we came up to the line in the jumbo package, on fourth and one from the Eagle TWENTY! Instead of being home for the playoffs, we were on the road FOUR TIMES in a row, against Stephenson, Lassiter, North Gwinnett, and Camden Co.! And be rest assured, Colquitt will be there in force, for whomever we play!

There will be some daisy chain math in Walton’s favor but Propst and Packers get it done Friday night at 7:30 SEVERAL reasons why it's Colquitt! FIRST of ALL, Grayson needs to be penalized by little or NO TV, because of their recent shenanigans of rubbing the GHSA's face in the mud in 2016! TWO, it's RUSH PROpSt and his little band of ROAD WARRIORS! THREE, it's the former WALTON head coach, Mo Dixon, the DC at Colquitt! And as a side note, it's the #3 ranked and UNDEFEATED Walton Raidas! FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS!

I am really glad we aren't the game of the week. I positively hate when we are on TV. Destroys the rhythm of the game and makes it last a whole lot longer. It's great if you are home watching but for those of us always out there in the stands it stinks. 1

If your AD isn't on the phone with them making appropriate plans for seating then shame on him. Maybe he can show some of that anger and make sure Walton is prepared to give y'all half the seating.
ECHS05
McEachern vs Lowndes isnt getting much hype... Im thinking its bc people believe Lowndes is a sure thing... McEachern is never an easy out though. Milton vs Brookwood is a good one. Milton only lost to North Gwinnett 31-28. They look legit this year. And of course we know Brookwood beat Colquitt and has looked good this season, only losing to Archer & Walton in close games. Tift Co. Vs Hillgrove -- Hillgrove looks much better than they did to start the season. Theyve beaten McEachern and killed Roswell 49-7 in the 1st rd... just in the last 3 weeks. Mill Creek vs Archer --- this was a 3 point game in the regular season. Mill Creek can most definitely win this. Im betting Archer wants some payback for being put out of the playoffs by MC in 2015.

ECHS05
What CaliforniaLosPrepas says will happen Frydee... 7A: Brookwood 28, Milton 21 Tift Co. 34, Hillgrove 26 Thatd make it Tift Co. @ Brookwood in the Quarters -- Archer 21, Mill Creek 17 Colquitt Co. 31, Walton 28 Colquitt Co. @ Archer in the Quarters in this scenario... --- Parkview 40, Mountain View 31 Lowndes 38, McEachern 21 Parkview @ Lowndes if this happens... we know Lowndes destroyed Parkview 64-38 in the regular season... I bet Parkview plays a little better this time around.. although Mountain View very well could win this game. They just upset South Forsyth. -- North Gwinnett 26, Grayson 22 Woodstock 28, Marietta 22 Thatd make it Woodstock @ North Gwinnett in the Quarters... ====== Lowndes probably has the easiest path of any of the major teams... Colquitts is pretty sick... Walton, Archer, Tift/Brookwood, then Lowndes/NG/Grayson in the Finals... thatd be an amazing run... Walton, Archer, Tift, Brookwood, Lowndes, North Gwinnett, Grayson, and Colquitt all have very difficult runs. The State Champ will most likely be one of those 8. I guess Milton has an outside chance. Marietta has the talent but they havent put it together yet. Mountain Views clearly an underrated team... theyve beaten Mill Creek & just took out South Forsyth in the 1st round. They played North Gwinnett respectably, only losing 29-21. McEachern isnt as good as they have been but they are still dangerous. I dont see Woodstock, Parkview, or Hillgrove winning state. Although they are all 3 solid squads and can pull some upsets. Hillgrove is playing much, much better than they were to start the year. Just some random thoughts.
HawgGoneIt
Looks to be shaping up like I said before. Colquitt vs. Archer although I can see Mill Creek beating Archer Tift handling Colquitt's light duty stuff by taking Brookwood down Colquitt rematch Tift with a complete game putting Tift out for planting their flag in the center of Tom White field Colquitt vs. Lowndes in the Benz where Colquitt finally finds a way to get that one more stop they needed @ Lowndes Colquitt reclaims in a barn burner while the northern teams are left to watch and wonder what if the teams could have gotten stacked again like last time.
