Listen, Testosterone,at your age should be ok,but have your "free testosterone" levels checked..That what's bioavailable to the body..Total Testosterone is bound to protein and is not the important number..Also,if your estradiol levels are above 30 that  is no good.. Amino acids Glycine,Lysine and Arginine will do the trick as will Carnitine fumerate all in capsules only...Go to lef.org and check out Male Hormone protocol...But again, at you age being lean is by far your best bet,, Not to much bulk, lean and mean is better..

@HSFBfan don't take any advice from this clown. He can't even type in complete sentences, let alone give nutritional advice.

Start running and eliminate all carbs for at least 90 days. I fast for 72 straight hours each month. It's a great way to detox and "reset" your digestive clock. Google "The benefits of fasting" to learn more. Good luck!

Thank you. All sounds good to me. Im back in the gym as well

So i put myself back on a diet for the new year. On Jan 5th i was 223 On Jan 7th yesterday I am down to 221. Im hoping by the beginning of Feb im down to 200

23 pounds in a month is probably not the way to go. Too rapid weight loss can lead to muscle loss and probably is not sustainable. You should be patient and take it off 5-10 pounds per month given your current base line (or should I say waist line). You stand a better chance of keeping it off and keeping the muscle on that way.

In the past year, I have lost about 30 pounds at a 3 pound per month clip. Even with the holidays, I did not put any back on.

I can lose 20 pounds in a month. I have lost almost 2.5 in 2 days. For me the weight comes off real fast

Sure you can. I am not saying you can't. What I am saying is that it is probably not the best way to do so if you want to keep it off and not damage your health in the process. You don't want to put it back on because you lost it too quickly and you don't want to lose muscle in the process. That's what I am saying.

Trying to give you good advice. It matters not that we disagree politically.

Then go do it. In the past two years, I have gone from 225 to 180. I stand 6 ft tall. I want to lose an additional 5 pounds and settle at 175 for the remainder of my life. That would get me back to my college years.
