RedZone
Riverside's best player is 4* PG Jared Butler who is currently committed to Alabama. https://247sports.com/Player/Jared-Butler-93712 Small highlight clip of Jared Butler from last year. Butler is a hell of a WR and don't be surprised if he plays football at Alabama too.

Lincoln is currently 10-2 and #5 in NY. Bayou basketball is just very underrated. These teams down here have the ATHs and can compete with anyone. Scotlandville (Baton Rouge) gave current #4 McEachern HS (Powder Springs, Ga.) all they wanted last year losing 52-51 in Atlanta. Riverside has beaten Scotlandville twice already this year. High School basketball is much of a myth as high school football truthfully.

RedZone
Couple years ago Riverside (NOLA) beat (27-4) and #4 NJ and Gill St. Bernard, NJ at the City of Palms tournament in Florida. Riverside went 3-1 in the tourney. That team was led by 6-8 PF Ricardo Gathers who now currently playing TE for the Dallas Cowboys. Ricardo Gathers didn't play football at Riverside High or Baylor. http://archive.naplesnews.com/sports/high-school/boys-basketball/city-of-palms-classic-bayou-bull-is-only-getting-better-ep-390446127-342713022.html Ricardo Gathers: Dallas Cowboys. NYHSFAN33
Lincoln is always a solid squad. Them and Jefferson will battle it out by the end of the year to To see who is the best Public school in Brooklyn. Seems like this tourney was a lot of real tight games with good teams. Always nice to see.

RedZone
Boy & Girls, NY played in the Sugar Bowl Classic in 2012. John Curtis beat them 71-52. That Curtis team was probably their best basketball team ever though as they went 29-3 and won the 2A state title..... Boys & Girls ended up #1 in NY per maxpreps. http://www.maxpreps.com/high-schools/boys-and-girls-kangaroos-(brooklyn,ny)/basketball-winter-11-12/schedule.htm NY teams like coming to the Sugar Bowl event which is cool.
954gator
University School? that's interesting. Must have loaded up, but these rankings are hard to judge. Have a hard time seeing them that high unless they really raided the publics like Dillard etc.
