Antt
I'm taking 2016 MD by 14 this year IDK both teams are basically new well img does this every year
HawgGoneIt
I'd have put my money on IMG. I have to be honest and say that I don't really care for the IMG model, but, speculating any team would have beaten them is pretty much just dreamin' at this point. A Mater Dei vs. IMG this past season would have been fun though. I wonder what kind of schedule they have cooking this next season. Will MD be on it?
Warrior
Nolan Smith is a great kid and teammate - I hope he stays a strong UGA commit. He's a difference maker on the field and more important in the locker room.
nptb17
MD's improved offensive line would eliminate IMG biggest threat against most teams. With Daniels having time to find his talented receiver core, it's a no brainer for me especially when he has a healthy St. Brown.

I think MD would've been a good test and may even be able to grab a win, but I would for sure favor IMG.

Texasball
IMG wins the game. IMG basically has 11 D1 kids on the field every snap including special teams!
The Big Lebowski
IMG would only win if Daniels got injured like McKee did for Centennial. I'm not 100% convinced IMG could beat American Heritage to win Florida even though they did beat Venice convincingly.

I wish the FHSAA would let IMG participate in the playoffs... in one of the private controlled classes.

IMG wouldn't be eligible for multiple reasons 1 in order to be eligible for FHSAA playoffs they cant play more than 3 oos games, basically they want all teams to be majority florida schedule also it was IMG choice to be independent not FHSAA

DE Nathan Logoleo is undersized but was named an All American by MaxPreps. Not sure he will do D1 but he was really good. RB Glen Harper is a JR with really good skill but like Logoleo is undersized. There's a difference between having a lot of D1s and having the top players in the nation at every position. That being said I think this MD team was solid, and I think they could have beat them. Wouldn't surprise me if IMG won either.
