Colquitt don't sleep on the Show Me State!

I was just perusing Colquitt's OOS opponent from ole Missouraw! And this is what I found! TRUE, they are a smaller school with a relatively small roster, BUT! They ARE private after all! And I don't think that they got those bigguns without Creative Player Acquisition! Last season, they had FIVE seniors, while going 9-1, with a two point loss to the state runners up! THIS is where it gets a tad interesting! These dudes may quite possibly be a matchup NIGHTMARE for Colquitt! They have five, count um, FIVE linemen who are 300lbs or larger! And a few 260lb's thrown in for good measure! They have a senior QB, and three WR's who are 6'2" or taller! Most of the DB's are in the 6'0" or taller range, while the LBers range from 190lbs.-200lbs.! Me thinks that their coach is testing the waters against an unsuspecting OOS foe like por lil Colquitt! And if you don't think these boys won't be in shape! Then you ain't been to St. Louis in August!:$

Not trying to tear down this cool story or anything, but, their coach, well... If he was looking to test the waters against an unsuspecting foe like Colquitt, why did he make the schedule and then resign?

Now they have a small roster with Bishop Sullivan sized kids that will fall hard because of their size... with a new coach.

It was a coach that was trying to make ink off of Colquitt and here we are. The coach resigned, and left a new coach looking crazy with a monster schedule.

I'm honestly confused.

Is this an actual game, or another exercise of Rab just beating the living shit out of his keyboard?

I know some folks will say, why not both Glory?

And that is a very poignant query.

However, I'm more questioning, well....

Did Colquitt sign this game?

Or did Rab enter into some sort of post-Hometown Buffet full body spasm?

It was released via the Packers facebook page. Nothing is official until some time in March when completed schedules get turned in to the GHSA fart lighting association.

There was in fact another little church school turned in on the schedule last year that didn't actually happen, so... I hold on to the hope that something better happens.

And yes, Rab is probably beating on his keyboard during a full body spasm.

I guess the answer is likely... Both.

Yes.

We might not know if Colquitt will be playing some team from a state I already forgot.

We do know, however, that Rab is likely suffering through the seven stages of grief after eating OCB out of creamy Mac n Cheese.

Glad we got to the bottom of this.

Is it weird... I dont really like Mac n Cheese...

But I love me some good ole fashion Meatloaf and Creamy Mashed Potatoes.

Back on topic.

Cut Rab some slack...

He's trying to build morale.

You should include a swimsuit section in the newsletter. Nothing gets views like Sexy women.

Even Women like Women...

Rab.... no one said that

NG is a 7A school with D1 talent out the ass and over 2800 kids....

TC is gonna get wrecked.

To be so dismissive so easily, and underestimate your opponent is never a good idea..

At the very least theres a few athletes in their rising senior and junior classes...

While this is by no means a great OOS game "#50 in MO" is a by product of a bad "CalPreps schedule"... They slaughtered most teams, then lost in the Quarters to Lutheran North by 2 (48-46) in the playoffs, who lost in the semis to the eventual champ, Lamar, 7-6...

I think this team knows, FOR THEM, they have something pretty good coming back...

Besides they play La Salle OH also, theres you a measuring stick...

Their athletes... Theres some real offensive firepower here... Rising Srs. And Jrs.

5* ATH Isaiah Williams

4* WR Marcus Washington

4* ILB Shammond Cooper

4* WR James Frenchie

3* OT Ira Henry

3* APB Alphonzo Andrews Jr.

CB Brice Childress - 8 FBS offers

RB Mookie Cooper - 18 FBS offers, inc. Mich., OSU, Auburn, etc

RB Reggie Love - 11 FBS offers

OG Jalen St. John - 3 FBS offers

Thats more than A LOT of FBS squads

You need to look at their team photo, there Stinger! These ain't fat dudes! Most are well over 6'0" tall!

You can’t go by size.  Two years ago when Salt Lake East stopped by Cen10 they were by far the biggest line I had seen.  They ran outta gas late 3rd qtr.

They don’t play La Salle. Lutheran North does. They play East St Louis and another OOS. Can’t remember at the moment.

That said, you are the one big on tape. Go watch, then tell us what you think.
