I think for the last 2 months there's been like 1 or 2  kid's transfer in a week

Coach rollinson is going to recruit his way back to the top and I'm not mad at him every state should have California transfer rules I know in the state of Nevada your out one year if you transfer schools

BG is still the closest thing to IMG out West IMO.   Even still it's not at all close.

Facilities money yes not players 2 transfer's last year and 1 this year and from defense 2 going D1 it's not what everyone thinks every player not a 5 star at GORMAN 80% of the team will not play college ball they just work hard and Yes the money helps with all the extras stuff they get

Did they just get really lucky with respect to players when they went on that remarkable 3-year run?

They seemed to have prospects all over the field during that stretch.

All the players was sophomores and that 17 class was special 20 player's from that class playing college ball so it was there RUN not 15 class or 16 class school was getting beat by mostly sophomores . That will be hard to repeat but the hardest working program in America will always be in it no matter what just from how hard they work

Honestly...

I understand a few transfers.

But Socal is a giant mess and the CIF isnt doing anything.

But if Norcal does it...

Here comes the almighty asshat commitee that is the CIF...

This tells me something.

1. Norcal is full of snitches who live on the CIF's front porch.

Or

2. The CIF keeps a closer eye on Norcal than Socal.

You cant tell me that every last transfer in Socal is perfectly legitimate.

In all honesty probably 15-25 programs that can actually make that claim. It just so happens sometimes the jimmies and joes you got will make the difference and put you over the top.

Supposedly they all move and your allowed to move for athletic reasons in California which is crazy because ppl just go to whatever school was gd the year before

Haha. Haters gonna hate. I know Serra gets their fair share. The Stache is just better.

I think kids should be able to go where they want to better themselves... To an extent.

BUT... When that team is better than every one else, and the fans beat their chest because of it...  Its like so what?  They werent that good until they got the transfers. And ANYONE can be the best transferring in the best players... Some teams just have actual rules to follow.

My point is Gorman gets kids from other states like Cali and HI etc. Transfers from Nevada alone won't get them to top status every year.   Being a top dog in SoCal or South Fl and getting kids from the area isn't uncommon as there are studs everywhere.   I do think MD is definitely getting a lot more looks and getting maybe more than usual, but they have been winning.

What's the average amount of D1 kids from nevada per year?

As for IMG...they get a full roster of national 4 and 5 stars from all over the country and they actively contact top rated players like a college program does.    No other team comes anywhere near that.   I will say that many regional super teams are  trending right now though.

Grayson caught nothing but flak no one in state wanted to play them.

And while I cant stand the GHSA.

They did atleast investigate Grayson.

I dont see the CIF investigating jack shit...

If the kids are going to class and not being pest in the classroom, I don't see a problem with transfer's trying to better their future.  If it helps a kid get noticed more, so be it.  Life must go on after high school and at the end of the day football is a tool to a bigger picture for a lot of folk.
