But, the school he will announce, is truly the one he wants to attend, so it should matter to that school.

You Georgia guys and your mis-application of statistics makes me laugh. The number of people in Southern CA relative to the number of available high school football players, is not nearly as linear an equation as for Georgia. Shit, we have entire communities larger than Moultrie that are all Vietnamese. You hear a lot about transfers, not Trahn-sfers. Of the 30 houses on my street alone, in the 18years I've lived here since this area was just an orange grove, only 1 family (including the houses that have been sold and re-occupied) had kids that played football, and that family moved to LV so their kids could play for BG. Of the 11 siblings my wife has, only one has had kids that even played football. I wouldn't be surprised if the ratio of population to available high school football players in GA is way in favor of GA as compared to almost every other state, meaning GA would be expected to have a higher percentage of better teams. Using your sort of logic, it could be stated that all time, the Jaguars are a better organization than the Patriots since they have half the losses. It would be a foolish statement though considering other factors such as the number of years the Patriots have been in the league....
