Pederson advanced to the playoffs in all four years (2005-08) at Calvary, but the deepest the Cavaliers reached in the LHSAA was a pair of semifinal appearances. Sunday, Pederson became the eighth coach in Super Bowl history to win a title during his first two years as a head coach."

 

A decade later Doug Pederson wins a Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Pederson put Calvary Baptist on the map. That 2007 team was pretty good. Calvary was #3 seed that year and made it to the 2A Semifinals. They lost 34-14 to St James.
