But let me be the first to use the texans favorite excuse... “NS didn’t have the entire roster!” 😂 (suspensions, injuries, you know, adversity most teams face throughout the year) NS lost to Katy in the first game playing with the top running back in the nation, their all world quarterback, Alabama signed OL, multiple D1 defenders & the best staff in TX (right texans?) Fact check me if you’d like. Even without their entire roster, still much more talent on the field than Katy. But we know, DLS was going to get split open 🤷♂️ 😂 As a precaution, you could always ask Bellevue about traveling into Texas to play Katy; you remember Bellevue, right? Team from Washington; ended “THE” win streak. Ran for 460 yards on De La Salle.

That same 2009 Bellevue team that lost to Katy also got shutout at home by the #35 ranked team from California (#250 in the nation) so they must’ve been ELITE! Big win in Texas for the tigers. You really proved a point here 💪 De La Salle also lost 3 times and tied twice in 2004, big time down year for their standards. 2 2

SeaShells21
Please forgive us for overlooking De La Salle We witnessed De La Salle fumble the ball 🏈 multiple times to keep the Tongans of Euless Trinity from ruining their own hopes of a championship and keep their season alive. That was so kind. The next year, De La Salle decided to take a courageous fall to the Utah superpower East; just so Allen could have a little time to shine in the national spotlight. That is just so thoughtful 😭 Their considerate actions don’t stop there. De La Salle has been admired and adored for so long; they understand the struggles of a promising new, and up-coming program. They allotted St. John’s a 21 - 7 lead to keep the game close and only manage a four-point win just so it would make it a tad easier for Duncanville to look a little stronger in the upcoming seasons. They clearly foresaw the future and realized the bigger picture. De La Salle; we have the utmost respect for your program and your dedication to making Texas football 🏈 look oh so good. How does one say a thousand thank you’s? By saying Thank you a thousand times. Thank you x1000 !!!!!!! 1

The worst DLS team since the early 80's.

Duckburghsfinest1987
I wonder how many starters is Corona Centennial returning from last seasons team, because they are the only California public school that ranks the highest in the national rankings for this upcoming season. Those weather conditions alone make it tough on anybody that’s not used to playing in those conditions I don’t care how good they are. I always thought NS would win relatively comfortably at home but don’t think it would’ve been a massacre. True, but then again, MD 40-0 over BG in 100+ temps...

rsutter
The matchup between Centennial and Helix would have been a classic Honor Bowl game as well as long as it was played at 7:30! We know this and hope to have Helix back in the 2021 SoCal Honor Bowl. AD Damon Chase - HC Robbie Owens | AD Bill Gunn and HC Matt Logan are amazing men who lead by example, love good competition and are part of programs that The Honor Bowl truly says are partners in what we do to educate, empower and equip!

Eddyr2
after reviewing paperwork it was determined that since @Eddyr2 skipped a grade and graduated at age 17 he will be eligible to play for Mater Dei next season. He says he is ready to play Buck (WOLB) at MD in the fall and is already in Game Shape... *Coach Rollo, the MD Admin and Bishop Vann deny that the story above is true
