CA FCS schools have NEVER won a title at that level since it's inception in 1978. GA Southern has 6 FCS trophies and we're back to back champions on 3 separate occasions. B. CA Div 2 schools have won 1 trophy (1980) since 1973. Valdosta State has 3 with the most recent being 2012. C. CA has NEVER won a trophy at the Div 3 level. West GA has 1. D. I've yet to research at the JUCO level, but it's likely GA holds more titles in football than CA here also, with a fraction of participating schools. *Edit* As expected, CA has failed to win a single football championship in the NJCAA, also.
