Cleveland is on fire LeBron leaves again.

No, the vast majority of Clevelanders and Cavs fans are grateful for the title and the four consecutive finals appearances.  Unfortunately, only douche bags who burn jerseys make the national news. I for one could care less if he leaves. I don't particularly care for today's NBA, and I'd love a reason not to watch it anymore (as much as I enjoyed watching perhaps the greatest player ever). There will be no decision this time around, so I anticipate things will be relatively drama free.

The city can bitch and complain all they want... In my opinion, he gave the Cavs and the city more years of service than what they deserved. Now the franchise will fall back into the abysmal state they were in before Lebron.

No complaining here, wish him all the luck!

He will never win again.

Dubs n 4.

Durant's a bitch. He ruined the nba.

if I was a GS fan id be happier winning titles with the core 3 legitimately.... which they would of done anyway. Maybe kept Harrison Barnes he was solid role player.

For you.

For millions of others, he made it better. No more LeBum.

The rings stay west.

Enjoy.

And everything was legit- 3 drafted stars. That allowed them to attract another star. Best organization in basketball, and now best team of all times. And You hate it. That is the best part. Winning!

I'm not a cavs fan. I just want competitive balance as a fan to see great games. Finals where we know the outcome before even starting are lame.

There has never been competitive balance in the NBA. It is the worst of the 4 major sports. Just look at the number of different champions from each major sport from say 1980 on and you will see that the NBA has the least number of different champions.

Winning w/o Durant would be so much more authentic. I don't understand why you don't see that?

I think prep said it best. I don't know why you are complaining now.

The same hand full of teams have won nearly every title for the last 30 years.

Golden State suddenly starts winning and now its a problem.

Classic.

The last few seasons GS has been the largest favorite ever to win it all in vegas....... so the margin is getting even wider.

The top teams were more evenly balanced .... even the bulls were an underdog to the jazz in one nba finals.

You are wrong. Go back and look at the list of champions.

And on ANY given year in the NBA, all through history, how many teams are LIKELY to win a title? 2-4? Maybe? It is the same now just about!

Not according to vegas. GS was the highest favorite ever to win it all during regular season.

But in those years those 2-4 teams odds to win it all were similar .... not one was HEAVY favorite over other 2-3 teams.

Doesn't mean the top teams weren't evenly matched.

You are talking about a recently small sample size, because you don't like the team winning it.

1980-1990:  FOUR different teams won titles (talk about imbalance)

Last 10 years: SEVEN different teams won titles

I think I have proven my point.

Enjoy the winning though.
