Millionaires flee California due to prop 30

 

In article it states the state lost 138 high income earners. That's not exactly fleeing in a state of 40 million or so. I'm glad people are fed up and leaving due to these legislations but flee come on Forbes

I was being sarcastic.  Those that want to keep floodgates open fail to pay attention to basic facts such as the slope of the curve of the increase ESL students matching, but inverse to CA public school performance and ranking.  Similar relationships exist in many such areas but that sort of empirical data goes unacknowledged by many, or dismissed as fake news.
