BigDrop
http://fortune.com/2017/01/25/donald-trump-mexico-wall-cost/ is from Fortune magazine and projects the total cost of "the wall" as approximately $25 billion dollars including land acquisition, labor and materials. There are 122 million Americans who pay Federal income tax. https://www.reference.com/government-politics/many-u-s-taxpayers-d77a9265390f4bdb This is an average of $205 for every single tax paying American. The President of Mexico confirmed tonight that Mexico will not pay for the wall in any way. We will pay for it. $205 each. NOTE: promise this is my last post about Trump for at least a couple of weeks. Thank you.

Cossacks
Actually could be less than $205 each. There are plenty of cheaper laborers who would do it for much less....oh wait never mind.
181pl
You pay that every month and taxes for the education and Healthcare of illegal immigrants
HawgGoneIt
Well... If the president renegotiates NAFTA, and gets a better deal for America in the negotiations, this could account for paying for some of the wall's cost by Mexico. Of course, there could/would be long term "unintended" effects, but that isn't spoken to. It will take a long time to recover the funding for sure. Now it's us, and we will maybe be reimbursed. He's full of #AlternativeFacts
TheRealCAJ
I hope these people building the great American Wall at least get paid. I'd get my money upfront before I ever picked up a hammer!!
concha
Maybe we can just take it out of the $2500 we were supposed to save from Obamacare.

How cool is that!
TheRealCAJ
This wall better be 100% made in America with jobs that pay $15-$20 an hour or Trump will catch living hell. Does anyone believe that will happen?

TheRealCAJ
Trump, did NOT say Amercia would pay for the damn wall and he would try to get some Mexican money at a later date, if possible. You suck at listening to what people actually say.

Reimbursement options were discussed well before the election. Several highly viable options are on the table to see that they do. I guess we'll find out together if it comes to pass. 7 minutes ago, noonereal said: Not that I ever bought it but certainly vast areas of the toothless populous did. If you think that's sufficient justification to call 60+ million people the "toothless populous," then it appears the lessons of this election may have been lost on you.
