CCBlackhatter
Why would any top national team play Hoover? This game is absolutely horrible. Hoover sucks. Who do I sound like?

BigDrop
Respectfully to Hoover (know the tradition and passion and have seen them play twice in person including at home) and Corona Centennial (who should have won last year), I was disappointed in the schedule that IMG might have. Aside from these two who else is IMG playing that may challenge for top five nationally? Consider that the Bishop is playing Mater Dei, De La Salle, DeMatha and Miami Central-all of whom are going after the national title. Carol City, Venice, Salt Lake City East? I might also note that it sounds like IMG will have as many in state games as will Bishop Gorman. Five Florida teams? And, they are advertising a "preseason" game with Carol City as part of their schedule? They LOST to American Heritage Plantation two years ago and tried to say it didn't count because it was preseason. Now the Carol City game is part of their schedule even though it is preseason? I admit to not being a fan of IMG but it really sounds like they are going to be a bit short of some of the competition they have had recently. SumDude
IMG and Gorman are small recruited-up colleges. If they were really smart, they'd join this new NFL Developmental League as an option to going to college. They already recruit like a college and have a campus pretty much set like one. Extend it from 9th thru age 20. They can add a few other hidden national recruiting firms (y'all know who they are) and make some decent money by hoarding top recruits and developing them for the NFL w/o having them destroy their bodies on Saturdays in the SEC or Big Ten and being used like a rag towel to line the pockets of crooked old (mainly) men who form these laughable bowl committees, and universities (primarily head coaches who simply recruit great talent and then ask for $3-$5 million a year to throw them a jersey and tell them to go play). IMG and Gorman have little to no business playing public high schools. Nothing impressive about it! Move on to some real business at hand and make some $$. Actually the plane is on it's way back from a reconnaissance mission to Maine and New Hampshire, looking for a "top" prospect! Thought they might of made a pit stop in Jersey, but they said they were only looking for a " top" prospect! ? If you look up now you might see it fly by! You'll know it if you see it. It has a YUGE replica of their stadium on the side!

You hear about a move in that happened 2 years ago and you think you have a "gotcha" moment. To answer your question they will not fly in a QB. Hoover may be up and down, but they are highly organized and well coached. They can do stuff like kick FGs and punt too. Something many top Florida schools turn into comedy hour. There's really not many Top Programs to play every year anyways.

We are ready to #Rock and Roll baby. i thought this out of state game thing would just be a passing fad. The Chargers laughed at my challenge. Guess they want no part of my " once in a generation offense" either. After we got that big LB transfer from Claremont, no one wants to come to Santa Ana. We would be open to a game with one of those Fla. teams, as a Trinity league tune up.
