Longview turned in an enrollment of 2,242.5, putting the Lobos 52.5 above the cutoff of 2,190 for Class 6A. Tyler Lee will (2,222) will also remain in 6A. There are 17 schools smaller than Longview in 6A. John Tyler (2,153) and Lufkin (2,158) are dropping to Class 5A with a cutoff number of 2,189. District alignments will be released in February.
