sausmann9
Finally the PIAA (PA football) has grown a set of stones and pulled their collective heads out of each others assholes, they're finally considering a true transfer policy that could somewhat level the playing field between private, charter, public, and parochial schools but at the very least would limit the "one hit wonder" teams that load up for a one season championship run (ala Grayson style). New policy would consider a student leaving one school BUILDING and going to another, even within the same district, as a transfer and would have to sit for that season.
