ECHS05 Posted July 18, 2017 Report Share Posted July 18, 2017 UGA just got their 3rd 5* commitment for the Class of 2019. The #2 overall WR, 5* Dominick Blaylock of Walton GA, has committed to UGA. That gives them the #1 and #2 WRs for 2019 as UGA already had the #1 ranked WR for 2019 committed, 5* Jadon Haselwood of Cedar Grove GA. They also have the #3 overall prospect for 2019, and the #2 DE, 5* Nolan Smith of IMG Academy. Currently UGA is ranked #2 in the 2019 class rankings with only 6 commits, obviously half of them are 5*s. They are going to need a great 2019 class, because Florida St. and Clemson are raiding Georgia for their 2018 talent (and FSU appears to be doing well in 2019 also). UGAs 2018 class is ranked #52 atm. Very uncharacteristic. Alabama is currently sitting at #55 themselves... so one can only hope thats a sign it's going to get better.
