I know it's weird to say, but, I think you have Bloomingdale too low. Tier 3 and maybe even Tier 2 makes sense for them now IMO. The solid win over TBT (who beat Armwood, who beat Plant) changed how they should be viewed.

Up until their game with Tampa Bay Tech, Bloomingdale had not played a very good schedule which is why I felt they were getting too much hype,  even though they earned right to be ranked I'm not ready to put them on that level

I don't think they could beat any of the tier 2 teams and i wouldn't put money on them beating the teams in tier 3

No doubt they don't have a great schedule. But, you have Armwood and Plant in tier 3. Bloomingdale (it is funny to say their name lol) solidly beat Tampa Bay Tech (another name funny to say) and TBT beat Armwood (who beat Plant). So, I can't see undefeated Bloomingdale being on a lower tier than those teams. Not the 2018 teams and not at the moment anyway. Venice, Godby, Raines and Osceola also all fail to distinguish themselves from Bloomingdale as of now this season IMO.
