maxchoboian Posted December 5, 2018 Report Share Posted December 5, 2018 It was never enforced, just a silly inclusion in a law someone found on the original town ordinances that had to do with throwing missiles (stones, snowballs, etc.). Good for the kid, but no one was being arrested for throwing snowballs there. On another note, Severance was a farming/ranching community located on the plains of Eastern Colorado (with growth, now becoming more suburban than rural), most known for decades as the home to Bruce's Bar and their world famous Rocky Mountain Oysters.
