Mark my words. This is true. The transfer rules would ve put in place to affect the private schools. I mean lets face it, how many kids are kicking down the doors of public schools? You'll always have a handful of publics that attract kids from neighboring towns but no one cares. It becomes a problem when a handful of big bad privates do it. There are only 6 marque foitball privates in nj. I find it funny that perception is that those 6 schools have ALL of the top talent in the state.
