"underlying health conditions" I touched on this last month....38 years old and sick with "who knows". Maybe we are fighting the wrong fight. Maybe we should be fighting the "underlying health conditions virus". Just thinking to myself. "A 77-year-old Jefferson Parish resident and a 38-year-old Catahoula Parish resident -- both with underlying health conditions -- died."
