I really don’t care. There are a lot of high school athletes right now who may be, understandably, wondering just how much their athletic ability is worth? Thid is not a good time to be growing up. BigDrop Posted August 2, 2020 Author Report Share Posted August 2, 2020 There is no local identity to these teams. There is no element of NY vs L. A. or D. C. v Philly, etc. No home town pride. What exactly would winning the “title” mean to the city? The games are a novelty this weekend but these are not games that feel like they are part of any league.
