I really wonder how many officials do not go into a sport because of what the article says. I think part of the coaching problem would be solved if these schools paid head coaches and assistants better. It might bring more into the field of coaching. There is always the daddy ball dads and my personal coach tells me to do things this way which can be contrary to what the school is teaching.
