...247sports must have finally watched his film. Rivals has Howard as a 5* as well.

Walker Howard led St Thomas More (STM) to the D2 State Title and #1 ranking in Louisiana this past year and Top 25 ranking nationally-for what that's worth.

STM may repeat this year with Howard.
