ECHS05 Posted December 10, 2017 Report Share Posted December 10, 2017 Rome defeated Buford 45-7 in the GA 5A Semifinals last week. And up until now I havent seen any highlights.. But while searching youtube I came across a good highlight video of the game. This result shocked many, as it was Buford worst defeat in 44 years.... And it cemented Rome as one of the betters team in GA and the country... Rome is loaded, and will play (14-0) Warner Robins GA for the 5A State Title next Friday... U-High brings back this group...I'm still looking around. It ain't easy as it once was. It was said on the Bayou forum they bring back everyone and only had 12 seniors on the roster. Rome beating Buford last week shot them up the same way U-High did this week. U-High got a 77.6 for beating DLS Rome got a 82.2** for beating Buford ... Without a ceiling, thats a PR of 91.2 Its not likely Rome puts a hurtin' on Warner Robins like they did Buford... Warner Robins can really sling the football... Its truly disappointing everyone didnt get to see Rome vs Warner Robins... It was the very next game after they cancelled them. If Rome beats Warner Robins by 28+... But theres no point in doing just '19 & '20 for Rome bc last year and this year were Romes years. They'll take a small step back next year. And you have '20 guys in there with no offers... JJ is at #2 now. Romes Anderson got a bump. Anderson is also a US Army All American... JJ and Anderson will be on the East team together! In fact Georgia has the Top 3 OLBs for 2018... 1.
